About Malawi
- Malawi is an inland country located in the southeast of Africa, east of Zambia and northwest of Mozambique. Malawi’s climate is considered semi-Australian, with a rainy season (November – May) and a dry season (May – November).
- The population is approximately 16 million, the age structure consists of 45% (0-14), 52% (15-64), 3% (65 years and over), population growth is 2.8% (estimate 2011), urban area accounts for 20% of the total population, life expectancy is 50 years for males and 52 years for females, and child mortality is 83 per thousand.
- The risk of infectious diseases is high, with bacterial parasitic diseases, diarrhea, hepatitis A, typhoid fever, malaria, plague, schistosomiasis, and rabies present.
- Malawian society consists of the following religions: 80% Christianity, 13% Islam, and 7% other religions.
- The languages are 75% Chichewa, the official language, and 43% other languages.
- The literate population represents 4.7% of the population over the age of 15. The average age of learning is 10 years or more for males and 9 years for females. Compared to countries of the world in education, Malawi ranks 101.

- Sponsorship of orphans and the disabled.
- Developing poor communities in Muslim countries in the field of education and Islamic teaching. And the sponsorship of preachers and memorizers of the Book of God.
- Cooperating and coordinating with regional and international charitable associations, foundations, and United Nations organizations that seek to achieve the same goals.
- Uniting the nation around Islam and its pure approach, and calling on it to adopt it as a belief and approach.
- Continue to improve the standard of living of beneficiaries.
- Providing a suitable educational and advocacy environment for youth and society, which contributes to raising the educational and religious level of the individual and society.
